- Shipping is nationwide at a flat rate of R90 to your door via The Courier Guy or Aramex OR alternatively R60 for delivery to The Courier Guy Lockers.
- Once the parcel is on it's way you should receive a message from the courier with updates and tracking details.
- Make sure all your details are correct before placing your order!
- Once your parcel is with the courier it should be shipped to you within 5 working days at most.
- If something happens to the package sadly I will not be able to give a full refund considering the immense amount of time, effort and resources that goes into producing custom sets.
- As much as I hope all parcels will be safe, in the event it's lost or completely damaged I can offer a partial refund of up to 40%.
