☆ The first step is to send a message describing the idea or vision you have in mind for your nails, including an image reference if need be.
☆ I will then let you know if I am able to produce that style of set and will include the price range or quote as well as my next available slot in which you may select which amount & time will work for you.
☆ If you're happy and ready to go ahead, I'll send an Order Form & Payment Link. Both will need to be completed within 24 hours in order for your reserved day to be kept.
☆ Sets are only started once payment is completed.
☆ Orders must be booked at least 2 weeks before you'll need the set. I hope to have your set done within a few days & shipping usually takes less than a week, but it may vary depending on other factors.
☆ Kindly note that once paid and the set is started, there are no cancellations, refunds or exchanges. The designs are lovingly & carefully hand crafted, one of a kind made specifically for you.
☆ Remember to measure carefully! You'll have to cover the cost if you wish for the set to be remade.
☆ No ghosting please! Rather let me know as soon as possible if you’d like to cancel or reschedule.
☆For the time being order forms are completed using Google Forms and payments are done via a SnapScan link or alternatively a SnapScan QR code if you'd prefer.
